As the second biggest city in Indonesia, Surabaya is located in East Java Province with an average population of 3 millions. By comparing the proportion of area to population, Surabaya fit the best in terms of convenient living. Traffic congestion and clear air in the west Surabaya is much better than Jakarta.

Accomodation
Universitas Ciputra has several apartments around the campus building. Each of the apartments has more than 500 rooms. The second and third apartment buildings will be completed by the end of 2020. Commercial areas are provided below and in the surrounding of the campus area. One can easily find convenience stores and cafes there.
Sports like Basketball field, bicycling and jogging are famous within this area, one even can find a secluded lake name Bukit Ular just closed by.

- IELTS test result with its score overall 6.00
- Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies Details (CAS) from host University

International Officers will guide you through the process of enrollment and orientation. You will need to bring your complete documents for the Academic Office ( BAA ). Your passport and Visa are very important, make sure you checked the validity date of those documents.
The welcoming party for International students held every beginning of the semester, before Covid March 2020. Hopefully we will have the chance to do this again as soon as the pandemic cleared. Students are welcome to have the questions and answers session , to make sure they are able to learn well with their study time in Universitas Ciputra Surabaya.
We will help you in finding accommodation and take you on a short trip to introduce Surabaya , East Java. For Group exchange, we used to discuss it first through arrangement with the Partner University Organizer.
REGISTRATION INFO
All programs started with a specific time limited schedule, so it is important to plan your choice of program and inform us at least 1 semester before you plan to go abroad.
International Officers will give information about the opening of each program through student emails, social media and posters.
UC SEMESTER DATES
In 2020, the odd semester starts September 14th 2020, ending 23rd January 2021. Even semester will start 15th February 2021 , ending 19th June 2021. Short semester ( internships) will start 5th July 2021, ended 27th August 2021.
